1. About these terms

Tucksy is operated by Wise Nut Limited. These terms apply to this website and to the Tucksy apps for iOS, Android and the web. By using them, you agree to these terms.

2. The waitlist

This site is a preview of Tucksy, which is not yet generally available. If you join the waitlist, we will email you when it launches and with occasional product updates. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

3. Your content

Everything you add to Tucksy belongs to you. We do not use your memories for advertising, and we do not sell your content. You are responsible for having the right to store and share what you upload.

4. Subscriptions

Tucksy has a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are handled by the App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. You can cancel at any time through your store account, and purchases can be restored on a new device.

5. Fair use

Please don't use Tucksy to store or share content that is unlawful, or to interfere with the service or the accounts of others. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep Tucksy running, but the service is provided as it is, and features may change as it develops. Your memories are backed up weekly.

7. Closing your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time, which removes your account and every Tuck in it.
