This is the deeply personal data you actively input and store within the App. It is the core of the TUCKSY service.

Our Access & Usage

We do not access, view, or interpret your User-Generated Content for any purpose other than providing the core service and enhancing search functionality. All content is encrypted and securely stored (see Section 4).

B. Non-Content Data (Usage & Technical Data)

This is information automatically collected or provided by you during account setup.

Includes:

  • Account Data: name, email address, encrypted password
  • Usage Data: features accessed, time spent in the App, interaction patterns
  • Device Data: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address

3. How We Use Your Information

A. Providing Core Service and Security

  • To operate, maintain, and provide all features of the App
  • To manage your account and verify your identity
  • To ensure the security and reliability of our services

B. Search and Indexing (AI Component)

This is the only purpose for which we interact with your stored content.

Purpose:

To enable fast, contextual, and accurate search of your moments inside the App.

Process:

AI models create metadata (tags such as themes, people, or objects) to help you retrieve your information quickly. This process does not involve human review.

Constraint:

AI does not interpret, extract, merge, or use your underlying data for any purpose other than generating your personal search index.

C. Service Improvement and Communication

  • To analyse anonymised usage patterns for service improvement
  • To monitor performance and identify trends
  • To contact you regarding your account, updates, security notices, or support

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Storage Location: All data (UGC and account data) is stored on secure servers located in the United States of America (USA).
  • Security Measures: We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption-at-rest and encryption-in-transit, to protect your data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  • No Data Mining: We do not access, mine, or use your content for advertising, third-party distribution, or external applications.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or share your User-Generated Content or Non-Content Data, except in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We may use third-party companies (e.g., hosting providers, AI indexing services) who process data strictly to provide services on our behalf. They must maintain confidentiality and cannot use your data for any other purpose.
